Can I get sample code for my library?
Yes. Sample code is a valuable resource that allows you to try for yourself the examples and demonstrations presented by our instructors within the training videos. The code can be easily accessed from within the learning library and downloaded to your computer for your use.

Sample code is available for an additional $29.99 per year for the Complete Microsoft Developer Library, and an additional $19.99 per year for each Technology Library. To add sample code at the time of your library purchase, follow the prompts during the checkout process.

No, the videos are streamed in real time via the Internet.

When does my subscription begin and end?
With an annual subscription, access to your library (and sample code if ordered at the same time as library) begins on your library order date, lasts for the next 12 calendar months, and then automatically renews. If you add sample code to your library at a later date, your sample code subscription will be concurrent with your library subscription regardless of sample code purchase date. 

How do I access my LearnDevNow Library?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with all of your login information and instructions for accessing your learning. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at info@learndevnow.com. 

Can I access the courses from multiple computers?
Each subscription grants you a single-user license for the course library. Each license includes two “unlocks” which will allow you to view the training from two different computers.

Can I order one LearnDevNow Library with access for multiple users? Is there a discount for multiple users?
Yes, you can order our complete library for multiple users. When ordering, simply adjust the number of users during checkout. We also offer discounted pricing for multiple users -- the more users, the better the savings!

Can I order two or more different Technology Learning Libraries?
No, not within the same transaction. If you are interested in two or more different Technology Libraries, choose the Complete Microsoft Developer Library instead -- it's a better value. For $99.99 (about the cost of two Technology Libraries), you'll get all of six Technology Libraries and more, plus future video releases are included free. Learn more

If you would like to order different Technology Libraries for different users (for example, you want to order the SharePoint library for User A and the Visual Studio Web Library for User B), you will need to complete separate transactions for each library purchase.

How do I renew my access? What is the cost?
Your subscription (including sample code and future video releases options if applicable) will automatically renew, either monthly or annually depending on which subscription option you choose. (Note: Monthly subscription option may not be available at all times.) When you purchase your LearnDevNow Library, you lock in your renewal rate -- so even if the price increases during your access period, you are guaranteed to never pay more than your original subscription rate.

How do I upgrade my monthly subscription to an annual subscription?
You may purchase an annual subscription at any time using the upgrade link below. If you choose to upgrade, your new annual subscription will begin immediately after your current monthly subscription expires, and will continue for the next 12 months. Upgrade here.

Can my friends/coworkers use my LearnDevNow Library?
Your library comes with a single-user license. This license is non-transferable and the learning can only be used by you. However, your friends and coworkers can purchase their own LearnDevNow Library subscription at the same low price by visiting our Web site.

Are there any restrictions when accessing the content from outside North America?
There are no restrictions on international usage. As long as you meet the minimum system requirements below, you should not have any access or quality issues.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at info@learndevnow.com. If you choose to cancel within the first 10 calendar days of your subscription, we will refund your money in full and access to your LearnDevNow library will terminate immediately. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the first 10 days, please take note of the following:

Monthly Subscription: Your monthly fee will be stopped and you will retain access to your LearnDevNow library for the remainder of your prepaid subscription period.

Annual Subscription: Your annual fee will be stopped and you will retain access to your LearnDevNow library for the remainder of your prepaid subscription period. You may cancel your annual subscription in writing up to (3) calendar days after your automatic renewal date and you will receive a full refund of the renewal subscription fee.
